Mixed weekend for Hayden and Rosko-Fong in Sudbury

A snowy Sudbury Downs in Sudbury, ON hosted Round 10 of the Rockstar Energy CSRA Snowcross Series this past weekend, where the drivers were presented with a track that approximated a tight, fast oval.

For Team Rockstar Energy Polaris Racing’s Ian Hayden both Saturday and Sunday proved to be challenge, not so much the racing end but dealing with health issues.

On Saturday the defending Pro Open Champion was down and out with a flue bug that would have seen many a driver stay in bed instead of climbing on a sled and roaring around a racetrack at speed.
